Celebrating his birthday today is Connor Unverferth – Grade 1.
Today’s menu is Corn Dog, Baked Beans, Fruit, Cracker and Milk.
Tomorrow’s menu is Pepperoni Pizza, Carrots with Dip, Fruit and Milk.
The Cub Scouts are having member sign up for 1st-5th graders on Monday, September 21st at 6 pm in St. Michael's church basement.
- Finally, we will work on the E in PRIDE.
- E stands for Expectations. An expectation is how you should act or behave.
- Remember our expectations in the hallways, cafeteria, & bathrooms and be sure to follow those this week! Let’s review the expectations in the cafeteria:
- Sit and Eat over your tray- This means you aren’t turning around & talking to the person at the next table. If we eat over the table we are less likely to makes a mess all over the floor.
- Voice level 1 or 2-We really need to work on this one! Please try to keep your voice level down. You should only be talking to the people at your table. When there is 5 minutes of quiet time, or voice level 0, you need to respect that.
- Clean up after yourself- Make sure there are no wrappers or trash left at your seat.
- Just like we have expectations at school, I’m sure you have expectations at home as well! Following the expectations your parents have for you shows respect.
- Are you expected to clean up after yourself & put the dishes in the sink after dinner?
- Are you expected to make your bed every morning?
- Are you expected to pick up your toys when you finish playing?
- Remember to hold yourself accountable and do the right thing by following the expectations we have for you at school. Be a Kid of Character and follow the expectations at home & in the community as well!
